Refund & Returns Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window
Because every sofa and bed we make is handmade to order in your chosen colour and configuration, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. If you change your mind within this period, contact us at hello@farahjoseph.com and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.
After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour window has passed, your fabric is ordered and production begins on your piece specifically. Because the materials have been committed and cannot be reused for another order, cancellations after this point are only eligible for a 50% refund.
Returns Within 30 Days
If you'd like to return your item after delivery, you have 30 days to do so. To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included and intact
A £100 return charge applies to cover collection and processing. Return postage/collection costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked service if you're arranging this yourself.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you're entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, in line with your consumer rights, with no return charge applied. Please contact us at hello@farahjoseph.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll sort this out as quickly as possible.
