These terms govern your use of farahjoseph.com (“the Site”) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products and Orders

Our sofas, beds, and mattresses are made to order. Product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of the materials used.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will be notified and any payment refunded.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery timescales, coverage, and costs are set out on our Delivery and Returns page. As products are made to order, lead times will vary and are communicated at the time of order.

Returns and Cancellations

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
